NSC | Troubleshoot Contracts Without Renew Now Button
User have the contract management module in their environment, however the contract renewal functionality isn't working. The Renew Now button is missing from the Contract record. This will prevent the user from renewing the contract and billing their client accordingly.
As per SuiteAnswers 50118 | Renewing a Contract, You can generate a renewal transaction for specific contracts on demand by clicking the Renew Now button on the contract record. This button is available for contracts that satisfy the following conditions:
1. Contract is not inactive.
2. Contract status is Active or Renewal Rejected.
3. Contract has at least one item that is not perpetual.
4. Contract has at least one item that is
