How to resolve issues in Chrome browser when using NetSuite?

We have a user is having issues using NetSuite with their Chrome browser.
When trying to Create a New customer (for example), NetSuite hangs, slows and then shows the slow response message then connection is lost.
When in Edge however NetSuite appears to work fine and they are (for example) able to create a new customer.
They have a personal google account and we use google for our business accounts too. Could this be the issue? We tried clearing the cache on their business log in of google, do we need them to do the same for their personal one too, or should this not make a difference? They are only logged into the business account when using NetSuite.
