Netsuite page / Getting email about Errors during checkout
Hello,
Problem: The customer called saying they were going through our checkout process (multipage checkout running on Suite Commerce Standard). When trying to submit to the next step, an Internal Error kept popping up. They refreshed the page 3 or 4 times then on the 5th attempt, it went through. The errors are never very specific so it is hard for our customers to figure them out as well as us.
Question: Is there a way for us to see what was happening with this customer in NetSuite? as far as a report or something that would show the scripting errors or any error that was going on at that time so we can try to diagnose what is happening? Open to any suggestions, just seems like when we have errors on our suite commerce website, there is nowhere in NetSuite that I know of, which tells us what is happening, what the errors are, and when they occur.
