Automated Netsuite journal entry question
Hi All,
Every month, I do a manual journal entry to reclass certain expenses coded to a specific Department (booked in different GL accounts) to a different GL account. Those expenses are automatically booked to the different GL accounts as I use another system that automatically codes them, however, I know they should be reclassed to this specific GL account at month end, so I end up doing this manual journal entry.
Is there a way to set up an automated journal entry to do this on a monthly basis so I don't have to manually reclass those balances? The automated journal entry would see which expenses were coded to this specific department and reclass them automatically to a specific GL account.
