Inventory Item > Purchasing/Inventory > Locations: Value Zero with a Nonzero Standard Cost

edited Jun 2, 2025 2:40PM in Ask A Guru 2 comments

We recently added a new Location and created a new Planned Standard Cost Version.

We ran a Planned Standard Cost Rollup, and then Revalue Standard Cost Inventory.

We then transferred an Inventory Item with a Planned Standard Cost of $311.99 to the new location. However, the Value for this Item in the new Location is showing as $0.

In the attached image, the new location is "RMA Vendor" (last location on list).

I attempted to edit the Inventory Adjustment that created the $0.00 Last Purchase Price, however the "Current Value" field is not editable.

Is there something I'm missing? I would assume we are outside of any system lag time because it has been 7 days since the Rollup, Revalue, and Inventory Adjustment.

Howdy, Stranger!
