How do I use incoterms on intercompany POs/SOs/IFs?

edited Sep 8, 2023 9:36AM in Ask A Guru 5 comments

Unfortunately, the tutorials that I've found on NetSuite incoterms only talk about using them on transfer orders, but is it not possible to use them on Sales Orders or Item Fulfilments?

On the sales order form customization I see no field for incoterm. There is, however, a field for FOB (a type of incoterm) where I type in at which location the ownership is handed over, but this field doesn't seem to appear on an Item Fulfilment.

Similarly, there's a field on IF customization for Incoterm but it's preset to disabled, can't be changed and enabling it to show doesn't actually cause it to show up anywhere on the IF.
