Customer profitability - revenue is actually reflecting amount invoiced instead of revenue recognize
I noticed for this client (they don't have ARM module, but manually creates JE to recognize revenue per customer), the amount showing for revenue is the amount invoiced, not the amount recognized. Per income statement, the amount recognized is $6712.51.
I did not have this issue for a different client who uses ARM module, the amount in the Total Revenue column does reflect the amount recognized. And I wonder if it's because when ARM module is used, Revenue is true revenue, while when it's not used, the system technically sees amount invoiced as the revenue amount.
