HI - I would like to know how i can put in a case to Netsuite to get answers on the following questions.
Ship Alert email address – currently has to copy/paste the customer email address from Reference Information to the Ship Alert field in the Carrier tab. Can the recipient email address be automatically populated there, and the Ship Alert option be selected?
Ship Alert email notification – currently the ‘Create Shipment’ email alert is selected. Is there an option to include additional carrier supported email notifications, like Exception and Expected Delivery notification?
Ship Alert email format – currently set to text. Can this be defaulted to html?
