How to add Custom Filters for Maps for NetSuite?
Hi,
We are looking to use Maps for NetSuite to show Customers by Internal Sales Contact, which is a custom field.
We have been able to add other filters for non-custom filters (e.g. Item Class). However, when I follow the same process for the custom field, it does not work.
The field concerned has been set up as a Custom Entity Field, Type: List/Record, List: Employee.
I have set up the field under the Maps Custom Record Type with the above info (i.e. Type: List/Record, List: Employee).
I have also set up the custom field mapping via the Maps tab on NetSuite.
