New to NetSuite | SuiteBilling 103: Features
Now that you understand SuiteBilling and know the prerequisites outlined in the following articles:
Let's discuss further the collection of SuiteBilling features to enable. To enable these features:
1. Go to Setup > Company > Enable Features.
2. Click the Transactions subtab.
3. In the Billing section, check the following boxes:
- Bill Costs to Customers – Mark this checkbox to directly invoice your customers for time, goods, and services-related expenses.
- Advanced Billing – Mark this checkbox to generate Billing Schedules for invoicing sales over a specified time range or contract term.
- Charge-Based Billing – This enables you to create billable charges for Projects. This feature also adds the Charge-Based billing type for Projects and a Create Charges page to your account.
