Smart count results not the same as Saved Search
Hi Guru's,
I have some issues with one of my saved searches of the smart count configurations.
This is my criteria of the Saved Search:
This is my result in the saved search for the item ending on 0500.900
And this is my results in the scanner:
This is what I see on the item record:
In my search i have a criteria on BIN Number, which is working on the saved search. Why does the scanner also shows the inventory for BIN D 05 02 01 ??
This is an issue with multiple items but just give this one as example.
Hope some one can help me with this issue, it's really annoying that the results are not the same. I've tried so many things in the saved searches as criteria but nothing is working.
