CoA on setup cannot inactive system account (COGS)
Hello,
trying to inactive system account because i cannot make it as summary account, but i am not allowed. in other NetSuite accounts i can see that it wa possible to change it
we have created test transactions before CoA setup, but all data was deleted. Could this be the reason for summary/inactive checkboxes greyd out ?
Could netsuite support overwrite this to make it inactive ?
