email sublist record when a button is clicked on project record
We have ProScope Activity Tasks that are attached to project record. And is it possible to email the activity task list when a button is clicked on Project record. I am comfortable with the workflow part, and can create an email template to include project fields. I believe the issue is with the sublist.
Or maybe I just need some high level idea, and to simplify the case, let's say if there's a button on customer record, and when clicking the button, we can email the contacts associated with that customer, including contact name and phone#. Is that possible? or maybe create a search for that, but still use workflow to trigger the email, and the contact search result should just reflect that particular customer?
