Access the Client Aging History Report
Hi all,
I am currently facing an issue with the 'Client Aging History' report. When I attempt to open the report, I encounter the following error: 'Subsidiary Restrict View Required: You must first restrict your view to a subsidiary before running this report (Home > Set Preferences > Restrict View).' To address this, I navigated to 'Set Preferences' > 'Restrict View,' selected the appropriate subsidiary, and saved the changes. Although this approach allows me to access the report initially, the problem reoccurs after the current session ends. The preferences reset, and upon trying to access the report again, the same error appears.
