Inventory Count - Incorrect Units of Measure
We create Inventory Counts daily across all our locations using the 'Create Inventory Count' screen and the 'Next Count Due' fields.
Users have reported errors when creating the Inventory Adjustment from the Count to say the Units of Measure are incorrect. It appears that the Inventory Count is being created with a different Units of Measure to the actual Item.
We have had 3 reports of this so far this year, but we have just realised that the problem is only apparent when the Item needs adjusting. Running a search comparing the Units on the Inventory Count to the Units on the Item shows 63 item lines with a mismatch so far this year. This seems to be a recent problem (as there are only 5 lines showing on the same search for the whole of last year).
