NSC | Resolve Unexpected Error when adding Units Type in Item Record
Scenario
User is trying to add a Units Type to an existing Item Record. However, they get an Unexpected Error message upon saving the record.
Solution
If you encounter this error, there may be a chance that you have some mandatory fields on the Item Form which have no value set. In most cases, NetSuite error message mentions if there is a missing mandatory field when records are saved. However, in some rare instances, it generates an "An unexpected error..." message.
