NSC | How to Check Inventory Quantity for Pending Approval Sales Order through Item Saved Search?
Scenario
User needs to know quantity of items in a Sales Order that is currently still pending approval. This is particularly useful when a user is trying to compute for the item demand. This is easy to check when using a Transaction Saved Search since you only need to filter Sales Order with status Pending Approval then add Quantity in the results however to do this through Item Saved Search you will need to use a formula.
Solution
Here are the general steps:
- 1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New
- 2. Select Item
- 3. Search Title: Enter Title
- 4. Criteria tab (filter this with how you wish to filter it, you can filter it to a specific
