How to make a Workflow to send an email in multiple languages?
Hi all,
My question is how can you send an email in multiple languages by a workflow. I have created an saved search with all invoices which are overdue. But or clients are in France, Germany, Holland, Spain and US/England. I would like to send an email in the preferred language of the client.
On the customer record we identified the language (customer —> preferences —> language) and we have generated email templates in all the preferred languages.
Any idea how to set up this kind of workflow?
So from one saved search, the email with the overdue invoice is send in the preferred language.
