NSC | What is the Main Difference of Reject and Recount in Smart Count Count Review?
Scenario
User wants to understand the difference of Reject and Recount during Count Review in Smart Count.
Solution
During the Count Review in Smart Count SuiteApp, there are three choices: Approve, Reject, Recount. The Approve option is self explanatory when you click it you approve of the inventory count quantity send for approval.
As for the Reject and Recount, there are users who would like to know the difference since basically both options means not approving the count. The difference is below:
- Reject - will cancel the count record as if it didn’t happen
- Recount - set the next count date to tomorrow so it can be counted again
