NSC | Transactions > Purchases > Order Items > New Items Not Showing
Scenario
User is unable to pull up the items for the newly created subsidiary locations in the Order Items page.
Solution
In order to resolve this you have to update the Reorder Point and Preferred Stock Levels in the Item Record.
This is because NetSuite uses this formula to suggest quantities on the Order Items page:
(preferred stock level + quantity needed) less (quantity available + quantity on order)
Note: This solution again is for new items, there could be other reasons items could be not showing in the Order Items page.
