NSC | How to Create a Saved Search to Identify Bin Location Mismatch?
Scenario
User wants to identify all the bin location mismatches existing in an environment.
Solution
Usually in these type of mismatches the usual search being used is the Inventory Balance Search. Please see below testing:
My sample Bin Item has 75 on location on hand:
But my sample Bin Item has 85 in under Inventory Detail subtab:
I ran the Inventory Balance Search with below Criteria and Results tab:
And here's the result:
Here you will see that there was a negative movement in my sample Bin Item but the transaction had no Bin. This means that the Bin details is not populated in the transaction record.
