NSC | Sales Channel > Inactive > Encounters an Error

Scenario

User wants to make a Sales Channel inactive but encounters an error, "This Sales Channel cannot be inactivated because there are outstanding sales order in progress."

Solution

When a user encounters this error, what they usually do is make sure that all outstanding Sales Orders are fulfilled and billed, and then try to inactivate it again. However, even after that, the error still persists.

Unfortunately, the ability to make the Sales Channels inactive with existing related Sales Orders is currently a system limitation, even if the Sales Orders attached to it are already fulfilled and billed.
