NSC | RMA > IR > Different Location > No GL Impact
Scenario
User wants to know why there is no GL impact in the Item Receipt from RMA when the location in the Item Receipt is different from the original location.
Solution
I tried to create a test in my account (with "Restock?" checkbox in the Item Receipt marked) and when the receiving Location in the IR from Return Authorization is different from the original Location, I'm getting no GL Impact. If this is the behavior you are getting, perhaps you can try using the Override Rate column.
Below are the details of my test:
I created an IF for Sales Order 352. Related Invoice is Invoice 95.
