Work Order Completion Issue

edited May 7, 2024 12:31AM in Web Site / E-Commerce 5 comments

Hi Gurus,

I'm reaching out to seek assistance with the following issues:

I've noticed that for item F101SHM0123 (XS001), there is a detected committed quantity of 1.

However, upon searching in "Reallocate item," we couldn't find any transactions associated with this committed quantity.

Could anyone please advise on the possible source of this committed quantity?

We suspect that this committed quantity might be causing an issue when creating a Work Order Completion for WO300053210, as the quantity will falls short by 1 unit.

Let say when we want to do completion for 70 ctn, we encounter this error:
Error: nlerror: USER_ERROR The total inventory detail quantity must be 69. afterSubmit_WC(Ps_lib_WO.js:185) afterSubmitTrans(ps_ue_ApplyTrans.js$15099:185)

Howdy, Stranger!
