NSC | Resolve Unexpected Error When Navigating to Customers List

Scenario

A user is encountering the error "An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information" when navigating to List > Relationships > Customers.

Solution

One possible solution is to do the following:

Navigate to Lists > Relationships > Customers
While the page is still loading, add the following at the end the URL:
- &searchid=-102
Press Enter key on your keyboard

Note: The &searchid=-102 is the general view for the Customer list. Once it loads, the user can set it back to the default view and the list should load without encountering the same issue. When the issue still persists even after doing the steps above, you may be encountering a unique issue. Please reach out to NetSuite Customer Support so they can investigate from the backend.
