NSC | Deleting Price Levels
Scenario
User wants to delete Price Levels that had been setup in their account.
Solution
You can proceed on deleting the Price Levels if:
1. There are no items that use that price level in a transaction (e.g., Sales Order)
2. There are no Quantity Pricing Schedules that use the price level.
3. On your Customer Record, the price level should not be selected as the price level on Item Pricing and Group Pricing.
If you are unable to meet the following conditions but still want to delete Price Levels that you no longer use in your business, the possible workaround is to set the Price Level to
