NSC | Financial Report: GL Account with Zero Balance is Not Showing
Scenario
User is having issues seeing a specific GL account on the balance sheet and income statement, even when user selected the "Show zero activity" option under report customization.
In the trial balance, these GL accounts are listed as "active." However, for some reason, they do not appear in the reports.
Solution
The ability to show accounts with zero balances on the reports is currently a system limitation logged under Enhancement 117015 Reports: Setting 'Column' footer does not show with zero activities despite "Show Zeros=T".

At this time, the only workaround is to trigger the Accounts with zero balances to be included in reports as documented in SAID
