NSC | How to show Transaction Currency Amount in Item Records including the Currency Item Rate?
SCENARIO
User is tasked with showing the transaction currency amount in item records, including the currency item rate, within their OneWorld instance. They need to accurately display both the transaction currency amounts and the associated currency item rates in the Related Records > Transaction section of the item record. Amounts are often converted or rolled up to the parent subsidiary's currency for consolidated reporting as discussed in this article:

SOLUTION
1.) Open the Item Record
2.) Go to Related Records tab > Transactions subtab
3.) Click Customize View
4.) In the Results tab, add the following tab:
