Formula HTML error

I have a very strange issue. I have a saved search that is one column of Formula(HTML). Some people can see it and others see Error:Invalid Expression. I have no idea what is causing this. I had the user clear their cache and use a different browser. Neither of those helped. I also had the admin use my role and that person also got the error. What else would be causing this? Not role based, not cache, not browser. It was working for others last week. new1.txt is the HTML
