AVA Tax - error message AVA_UES_InventoryItems.js#39

I uninstalled avatax basic and installed avatax oneworld when we added and configured our first subsidiary. it installed successfully and is functioning, however now i cannot go to an item record. i can't view

we added the Inventory Detail by enabling some features which i think could be this issue.

here is the error message. Avalara just told me to update the bundle but I have the most recent bundle.
