Intermittent UI Errors requiring Cache Clearing (multiple times per day)
We have been seeing intermittent issues with subtab drop downs not displaying when clicked, item sublists failing to load, and some other random UI issues.
This started on Thursday 29th (in the morning, UK time), and then in the afternoon NetSuite reported issues in our London datacentre (which I assumed was related).
Sometimes refreshing the page will resolve the issue, and other times clearing the cache is needed. I had hoped that after the datacentre issues were resolved (Thursday evening), users might need 1 further cache clear and then things would stabilise. However, the issues are still ongoing, and some users are clearing the cache multiple times per day.
