Customer Merge Failed due to Large Transaction Volume
Hi NetSuite Community,
We recently attempted to merge two customers and noticed a few issues:
- When the user went into the UI to merge, NetSuite sent back and error saying Duplicate Entry contains too much data and merging can result in the timeout.
- Upon reviewing the two customers, we noticed that 1 has ~850 transaction and the other has ~1100 transactions.
- Where reviewing these transactions, we noticed that sometimes half of them are due to $0 value revenue arrangements with no revenue elements.
Has anyone found solutions to the above for merging and potential deleting of the $0 revenue arrangements?
