Saved Search Email
I have a saved search that tracks date changes on Sales Orders. The search identifies Sales Orders where the date was modified yesterday and triggers an email notification at a specified time. Each Sales Order has an assigned Sales Rep and a corresponding Support Sales Rep.
Currently, the email notification is triggered based on the Created From field, but since the Support Sales Rep does not create Sales Orders, they are not receiving the expected emails.
I need to ensure that the email notification is sent to the Support Sales Rep, containing information about date changes for Sales Orders associated with their assigned Sales Rep. How can I achieve this?
