Free Text field CSV Import data into rich text field not showing in correct format
Hello everyone,
We've been asked to replace the standard NetSuite "Message" field with a new custom Rich Text field to allow users to format text with bold, italics, underline, etc.
However, when I attempted to transfer data from the standard "Message" field to the new Rich Text field using CSV Import, the line breaks were not preserved, resulting in the data appearing bunched up. I also tried importing using CSV-UTF8, but the same issue occurs.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any suggestions on how to maintain the line breaks during the import process would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
