Exchange Rate > Increase Decimal Places
Hi, we have a payment transaction with an incorrect amount due to the exchange rate.
The correct exchange rate for this payment is 0.0000591957685, but NetSuite is rounding it to 0.0000592. This results in an incorrect USD amount, as the currency of the documents paid in USD is IDR.
I have read that the current limit is 8 decimal places from the right of the decimal point and this is logged under Enhancement #318825
Lists > Accounting > Consolidated Exchange Rates > Increase the maximum decimal places from the right of the decimal point to more than 8. I have also checked that there is no documented workaround for this enhancement.
