edited Aug 11, 2025 11:56PM in CRM

The Created By field is not available by default. As a workaround, a custom field can be created for this purpose.

Solution

Create the Custom field: Created By

  1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Transaction Body Fields > New
  2. Enter the following:
    1. Label: Enter Label
    2. Type: Select List/Record
    3. List/Record: Select Employee
    4. Store Value: Enter Checkmark
  3. Click
