NSC | How to Add Conditional Visibility for Fields on Custom Forms
Purpose:
This guide will show you how to make certain fields appear or disappear based on conditions you define — for example, showing a field only when a checkbox is marked or a specific value is selected.
⚙️ Step-by-Step Guide
1️⃣ Go to the Custom Form
- Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms (or Entry Forms, depending on your record type).
- Click Edit next to the form you want to modify.
2️⃣ Identify the Field to Control
- In the Fields tab, locate the field you want to show or hide conditionally.
- Make sure the field is already added to the form.
