Workflows for sales reps
I am trying my hand at workflows for the first time. My goal is to create create a workflow that will autmatically create a task for a sales rep when any of the following happen:
1 - No sales from a customer or specific contact in the last 1 month
2 - no sales activity for a customer or specific contact in the last one month.
Before I spend the next few days reading about workflows and trying to make this happen can anyone tell me if this is a) possible, b) easy enough for a workflow beginner and c) are workflows the best way to go about accomplishing my goal.
