Workflow - SendEmail - Multiple Select Field

I have a form that has a "multiple select" field containing employees.  I would like to setup a workflow that sends an email to those employees after the form is saved.

It works fine as long as only 1 employee is selected.  How can I modify the workflow or email action to work when multiple employees have been added? (To or CC field would be fine).
