Update Opportunity Fields from Customer Record
Hello, this sounds very simplistic but I'm not sure where to start.
I want to create a workflow that looks for an edit on a 'next contact' date field on the Customer record. When a new value/edit is added I'd like it to step through to all open Opp's related to that Cust. and update a corresponding field.
Normally I'd just use sourcing but this field needs to be a little more dynamic.
