System Email Templates for Case Update - ${user.firstName} not working

Hi,

I have tried various permutations but I can't get the user name to populate on the emails generated by answering a case within netsuite.

Probably an easy solution, does anyone know the correct reference? (We don't assign cases so I am unable to use that particular reference which is why I would like to use the current netsuite user)
