Script 2.0 file dependencies (version 18_1)

When importing a custom 1.0 suitescript the manifest contains all of the reference library files the script needs. If I import a 2.0 script it does not include the files setup in the define. (It also doesn't include and files referenced by clientScriptModulePath.)

This allows the project to validate successfully against other environments even though there are script files missing.

Am I doing something wrong or can I put in a feature request?
