is SuiteScript 1.0 Date API not available in SuiteScript 2.0?

Hey guys.
Is Date related API not available in SuiteScript 2.0? nlapiAddDays and nlapiAddMonths was VERY useful in correctly identifying the dates but I can't seem to find that matches this with 2.0?
