Intellisync - Outlook Synchronization

The Intellisync for NetSuite utility seems to have some issues for us.  NS recommends not saving the password, however, the utility does not prompt for a password so it must be saved. 

We are also unable to sync contacts using MS Exchange.  The utility runs but does not find any records in NS when running with Exchange.  It does sync fine with Desktop Outlook and with Exchange "to dos".

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
