Export Items, Edit...then Import items
Can someone post a "step by step" process for someone who wants to export the items that they sell online. Then populate a currently un-populated field (like "Store Meta Tag HTML") in Excel and then save and import the data back into NS.
I'm sure it is simple for those who have done it, but I get confused easily. For instance, I can export directly from any "item list" or I can export from "setup->import export->full CSV export". Which is preferred? Neither CSV file (when opened in Excel) has header names that match the "Item_template" columns in the template provided at "setup->import export->import CSV records". Will that cause a problem? Do I need all columns in the template or can I just have a few columns of data? If I don't need them all, then what columns are mandatory? etc etc
