Product Feed exports problems - anyone else?

edited Dec 3, 2019 12:35PM in Account Administration 2 comments

I created a custom google base export based on the generic product export Netsuite provided.  So on a daily basis I export the csv file manually, open in excel and save as a tab delimited file (as required by google base). The upload to google base.

This process worked for months until Monday.  I have talked to support.  It seemed like this was a problem with my mac. But now I have tried several uploads with both a mac and windows box (using excel in both cases) and none of my products are being accepted by google.

When I open the csv file in mac excel, the file formatting is way off, no columns, data looks corrupt. Export as a xls file and the data looks fine until saved as a tab delimited text file. Open that text file and the data is looks almost exactly like the csv export from Netsuite.

Howdy, Stranger!
