Import Case Attachments

I am in the process of importing cases from our current on premise crm to NetSuite. I have the process down for importing cases, but many the cases in our current system have attachments that I will need to associate with the cases in NS.

Is there a way to associate a file in the file cabinet with a case? Poking around the user group and looking at the CSV options have not left me very hopeful. Anyone have experience with this?
