Customize paycheck form?

I want to print the company name, address and logo on our paychecks that print out of NetSuite but I don't know which form to customize.  NetSuite doesn't prompt me for which form I want to use like it does for A/P checks. My A/P checks are preprinted with company name, address & logo, but our stock of payroll checks isn't and I want to use them up.  Any tips?  Thanks much.
