Force Company Wide Employee Password Reset

Anyone know of an easy way to force a company wide employee password reset other than going to each individual employee record and selecting the Require Password Change checkbox? I checked in Mass Update but that field was not an option. If I navigate to Setup>Company>General Preferences and change the Password Expiration in Days field to 1 does anyone know if that will work (force a reset the following day)? Thanks!
