Use Case:Stop Fulfillment from view screen

I have a case where I would like to set-up a user event SSS that is triggered on when the user presses the Fulfill button, if certain criteia are met, then it cancels the fulfillment.

The problem is  there is no Fulfill event (unlike Approve). What event should I use?
